Services
A fabrication pipeline — from capture and CAD through printing, assembly, and finishing.
FDM production
Large single-piece capacity up to approximately 42 × 42 × 50 cm, plus batch production for modular systems. Material selection is driven by structural needs, surface plan, and environment — not whatever is cheapest on a shelf.
Large-scale objects (2 meters and beyond)
We design segmentation, print orientation, keys, pins, bonded seams, and reinforcement paths so the final assembly reads intentional — not like a puzzle forced together overnight.
Resin printing
High-detail masters and end-use parts on Formlabs / Anycubic / Elegoo-class workflows where resolution, surface, and mold-release realities matter.
3D scanning
Structured-light and photogrammetry workflows for props, artifacts, set pieces, and reference geometry — fused into clean meshes and CAD where needed.
3D modeling
CAD rebuild, mold-aware parting, print-aware thickness, and redesign for fabrication — especially when the concept art is beautiful but not yet manufacturable.
Post-processing and finishing
Sanding ladders, primers, texture break-up, soft-touch and hard coats, paint systems, and on-camera tuning — staged so QC is predictable.
